Carolyn Vazquez
CEO
Carolyn Vazquez is leading the way in advocacy, partnership building and community development with the youth in mind. Named by the Chicago Defender as one of Chicago's 50 Women of Excellence, Carolyn uses the culmination of her leadership skills and knowledge of project management to help with community development. Awarded a $1.5M grant from the City of Chicago's Mayor Lightfoot, Carolyn is implementing plans to revitalize the South Shore community increasing youth programming options via her partnership with Evolution Sports Academy. Marc Anthony is a founding member of Think ReHemption and he is a fierce community advocate providing customized solutions for community issues. He is a master at connecting resources and developing partnerships in business. Marc Anthony adds a unique cultural and historical perspective via his partnership with the BlackBall NLB and Performing Open Hearts, non-profit organization. Marc Anthony is committed to creating innovative economic opportunity thru manufacturing, textiles and the community.

Patrick Brown is a 4th generation farmer from North Carolina and our lead farming consultant. He is a driving force in advocacy for small producer to get equitable inclusion. He sets an example by incorporating climate smart practices on his property at Browns Family Farm with noted successful results.
